Use of this site will constitute your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions, as revised from time to time. If you do not wish to abide by these terms and conditions, cease using this web site.
Books must be legitimate copies printed by the publishers and available to be sold within the United States.
A new condition textbook is a textbook that is clean and pristine. A book that is identical to the quality a publisher would sell to a bookstore. There is no writing, no bent corners, no highlighting, no smudges, no "complementary copy" stamp, no "free copy" stamp, or any other alternate publisher markings on or inside the textbook. In addition, time of possession has no bearing as to determination of new condition. "New" textbook condition is defined as a textbook that meets these requirements when it arrives at our facility.
Textbooks that have markings that reflect Annotated, Annotated Instructor's Edition, Free Copy, Complimentary Copy, NOT FOR RESALE, Exam, Review, etc. are considered USED only. Visit our book condition section to verify the appropriate category for your text.
To help ensure you receive new condition value for anticipated new books, it is your responsibility to pack your books in a new heavy duty, sturdy shipping box (no reused boxes or envelopes) with ample packing material and thoroughly seal it with shipping tape. The shipping process is rough on heavy objects packed in cardboard boxes. We strongly encourage you to carefully follow the guidelines set for in the Shipping Instructions.
Condition of the textbook is graded when the book arrives in our facility, not the condition of the book when it was shipped. It is your responsibility to pack your anticipated new condition books in a manner to survive the shipping process in new condition. No bending of any part of the binding (especially corners) or book itself, no scratches or abrasions on the cover and no imprinted marks installed by the publisher on or inside the cover are allowed under the new condition requirements.
