Facultybooks EZPay --- Get paid fast for your textbooks!
It's so easy to begin receiving your money directly into any bank account you wish. Transactions are secure and
confidential. It works just like direct deposit does with your payroll checks.
There is no fee associated with using Facultybooks.com EZPay program. You can discontinue at anytime.
You can simply go to your account profile page and fill in the bank routing number and bank account number fields,
select your account type by using the drop down menu. Finally check the "I agree to these direct deposit terms" link.
Your next payment will be sent to you electronically!

Where can I find my routing and account numbers?
Most all deposit accounts have these numbers. Use your checking account for example. At the bottom of your check,
the set of numbers on the far bottom left represent the routing number. The set of numbers grouped to the immediate
right of the routing number is your account number. If you aren't sure of the location of the numbers, please contact
your financial institution.
What is ACH?
Direct deposit "Automated Clearing House", or ACH, is a term the banks use for a type of Electronic Funds Transfer
or EFT. Most payroll direct deposit setups use ACH.

How secure is the transaction?
Facultybooks.com has an encrypted, secure, dedicated port open to only Bank of America specifically for the
purpose of secure transaction of payment transfers. Facultybooks.com only has deposit authority.

How and when will I receive my shipment detail information?
As a Facultybooks EZPay participant, you will now receive an e-mail record of your receiving manifest after
your shipment has been received and processed.

You will receive your payment within 24 hours. Funds availability will depend on your financial institutions
policies and procedures.

What if I send in more than one box, will I receive more then one deposit?

How do I receive my pre-paid shipping label for future shipments?

If a payment adjustment is needed, how long until it reaches my account?
As with the normal EZPay process, you would receive your adjusted payment within 48 hours of the problem resolution.

As long as the bank and routing numbers are valid we can make the transfer.

Can I be removed from your contact list?
Yes. You received the offer for participation in Facultybooks EZPay because you have conducted transactions before
with Facultybooks.com. If you wish to not receive promotional emails, simply check the box within your user profile "I would
not like to receive promotional email from Facultybooks.com".
